∎ Bachelor of Laws (LL.B, Hons.) or Master of Laws (LL.M)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Rendering day-to-day legal opinion on various operational issues like account operation, loan-lease transactions, security documentation, and various other legal issues
∎ Drafting and reviewing all sorts of lending documents including but not limited to loan agreements, lease agreements, work order financing, factoring documents, charge documents, hypothecation, lien, pledge, set off, Deed of mortgage, power of attorney, undertaking, deed of redemption etc.
∎ Prepare and vet credit/legal documents, agreements, bank guarantees, APGs, PGs prepared for different divisions
∎ Ensure proper vetting of immovable properties offered as security, genuineness checking of the same, RJSC filing of various security documents etc.
∎ Correspondence with Panel lawyers and maintain proper relationships to ensure smooth operation
∎ Cross check external legal opinion in line with internal and regulatory framework, as and when required

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institute or related experience in any law firm.
