Job Context:
∎ Dressmen Garments Ltd (Dressmen Limited, Dressmen Apparels Ltd. & Dressmen Fashionwear Ltd) - are 100% export oriented ready made garment manufacturing units. It operates out of two locations (Chandra, Gazipur & Tongi, Gazipur). It deals with international buyers who purchase woven products (non denim and denim products) out of Bangladesh. The key markets are North America, Europe and Asia.
∎ Our Corporate Office is located in Dhaka (Erectors House - 12th & 13th Floor, 18 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani C/A, Dhaka 1213.)
∎ Job Location: Banani, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Individually Accounts Preparation for Tax & VAT (advised by Law Firm).
∎ Supporting documents preparation for Company & Directors Tax Assessment purpose.
∎ Monthly VAT return preparation & submit online & hard copy submit to VAT Circle Office.
∎ VAT Assessment year by year.
∎ Tax Challan preparation & submit to Bank.
∎ Deducted TDS & VDS From bill time to time.
∎ Monthly Withholding return submit to NBR.
∎ Preparation Cash & Bank position daily & monthly as per Management requirement
∎ Daily Receipt & Payment Statement preparation as per Management requirement.
∎ Posting to Tally system like: Cash Book, Bank Charges, Financial Charges etc.
∎ Assist to Rating Agency to renew the Credit Rating performance.
∎ Prepare AGM, Board Resolution for Bank Finance & RJSC return submit.
∎ Accounts related job but not limited.
∎ Sound knowledge on Commercial accounting treatment
∎ Sound knowledge on Financial Reporting as per IAS & BAS Guideline.
∎ Sound knowledge on operating Tally ERP-9.
∎ (Should not apply without Garments Industry experience).
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Clear knowledge of Accounting principles.
∎ Honest, Smart, Confident, Energetic & Sincere.
∎ Quick cope up ability with a pressurized working environment.
∎ Mentality to work for long hour.
∎ Proficient in communicating in English language both oral and written.
∎ Independently working ability with minimum supervision.
∎ Experience Requirements: 4-5 years minimum.
