Industrial production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Probing and sample collection
∎ Melt Flow testing
∎ Density testing
∎ Ash testing
∎ Performs quality checks and resin, additives & other materials identification on inbound materials
∎ Warehousing of finished product once it has gone through the quality control process
∎ Live real-time sampling from the production machines
∎ Dispose of samples and chemicals in an environmentally acceptable manner.
∎ Ensure compliance to national (BSTI) and international standards (BIS; DN; ASTM and ISO).
∎ Statistically analyze Quality Test Procedures.
∎ Perform all tasks in a safe manner and practice good housekeeping.
∎ Provide shift change communication
∎ Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management"
