∎ B. Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology.
∎ Microsoft Professional Certification would be preferable.

Job Context:
∎ Department : Information Technology
∎ Report to (Direct) : IT Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the IT Department for delivering productive and efficient IT services to ensure smooth business operations.
∎ Domain Server, Deployment and Active Directory configuration and Administration.
∎ Advance knowledge in Mikrotik Router and Switch configuration and Administration (Routing, Firewall, Bandwidth Management, VPN, VLAN Setup).
∎ Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
∎ Support the ERP system. Manage, coordinate and strategic consulting with Team Manager
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, communicate between clients and software development team to finalize the scopes for development.
∎ Microsoft SQL Database Server 2016 Configuration, Data Migration, Synchronization, trouble shooting and Administration.
∎ Assist in purchasing efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
∎ Provide subject matter expertise support to Held Desk and end users
∎ Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting of network problems and secure connectivity between various network devices.
∎ Knowledge on Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory and MS Exchange Server.
∎ Maintain server, network infrastructure and connections to the Intranet, Extranet and Internet and ensure optimal configuration between connections.
∎ Ensure proper IT services and support to all field offices through field visit and remotely
∎ Investigate, diagnose and resolve computer software and hardware faults. Troubleshooting all IT related issues of Windows and Mac users
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Hands on experience on working in large infrastructure.
∎ Experience on system security handling including network and workstations and disaster recovery
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
∎ Highly Experience in the following areas: Apple / Windows, Office 365
∎ Must have both hands-on implementation experience, and expert level knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Mac Technology.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Self-motivated, energetic and team player
∎ Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
∎ Sound knowledge on Windows Server administration 2012 or above
