Job Responsibilities:
∎ Systems Administrator:
∎ Monitor Servers and server's checklist maintenance (daily/weekly/monthly)
∎ Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
∎ Must have both hands-on implementation experience, and expert level knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Mac Technology.
∎ Manage over 100 users and train them in best use of technology for best results.
∎ Assist in purchasing efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
∎ Troubleshooting all IT related issues of Windows and Mac users
∎ Email configuration, setup and administration/management for different clients.
∎ Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019)
∎ Advance Knowledge about Mac Operating software and troubleshot
∎ Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration
∎ Provide documentation and technical specifications to other IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
∎ NAS Operation:
∎ Ability to manage Data Server/NAS Server, Deployment and Active Directory configuration and Administration.
∎ Networking:
∎ Advance knowledge in Mikrotik Router and Cisco Switch configuration and Administration (Routing, Bandwidth Management, Hotspot, BGP, Firewall)
∎ Secure VPN, VLAN Setup
∎ A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking. Hands on experience on working in large infrastructure.
∎ IP PABX Operation, troubleshoot and configure the IP Phones.
∎ Software and Database:
∎ Support the ERP system. Manage, coordinate and strategize, consulting with Team Manager
∎ Microsoft SQL Database Server Configuration, trouble shooting and Administration.
∎ Analyze the requirements, communicate between Project Manager and software development team to finalize the scopes for development.
∎ Good Knowledge in Website, Domain, Hosting, SSL
∎ Advance Knowledge in Ms. Excel, Word, Outlook (Office 365)
∎ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Email Exchange
∎ System Security:
∎ Maintain security of IT system against viruses, spyware and malware. Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
∎ Maintain CCTV security System at factory premises.
∎ Ensure that Data Backup and Recovery (backup and restore) procedures are implemented as per policy.
∎ Knowledge in Firewall
∎ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange online Security (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)
∎ Design and Presentation:
∎ Good Knowledge in Adobe photoshop
∎ Good Knowledge in Ms. PowerPoint Visual Presentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
