Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information technology; Computer networking and hardware; Computer science; Computer software development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day IT support and troubleshooting of Hardware and Software;
∎ Provide support on updating CIRDAP website and media pages;
∎ Installing and configuring networks, printers and scanners etc.;
∎ Provide support independently on LAN setup, maintenance of router, hub, switch, servers Internet networking;
∎ Maintain inventory of IT Materials, IT Maintenance logbooks;
∎ Do and Maintain procurement, vendor management for IT materials;
∎ Install and configuration of antivirus, firewall, network security;
∎ Preparation of workstation for new staff, assist on installation of OS and other software, maintain the fixed asset logbook of IT;
∎ Assist on online/ virtual meeting set up;
∎ Perform any other IT related works as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in PHP, MySQL, C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, VB, Android developer & website maintenance in CMS knowledge;
∎ Sound Knowledge in Active Directory services, File server, Domain server, Gateway server, web server, SAN, NAS, RAID technology and hard and Soft virtualizations;
∎ Knowledge on Graphic designing is a plus;
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bangla is must;
