Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferable 2 year of working experience in HR department. Experience in international organization will be an advantage.
∎ Basic understanding on employee personnel files and necessary documents in it
∎ Sufficient IT skill with knowledge on scanning and storage of documents
∎ Familiar with online based platform will be an advantage
∎ Ability to ensure accuracy of scanning and archiving documents electronically
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office and using of Internet)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and independently
∎ Should be very flexibile, easy going and ability to work in a team
∎ S/he should have the sense of maintaining confidentiality
