∎ Reporting and management of human resources metrics - produce reports on key metrics, including
∎ remuneration and benefits, leave, absenteeism and turnover.
∎ Human resources policies - enhances the organization's human resources by planning,
∎ implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and
∎ practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years' experience within an HR environment.
∎ Intelligent, well organized, self-motivating, personable individual with good communication skills
∎ both oral and written.
∎ Well versed in computer skills and good command in written & spoken English.
