Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ In depth knowledge in fabric/materials in respective category. (Knit / Woven / Knitwear etc)
∎ Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PLM, Microsoft Office and Excel.
∎ Understanding of patterns, fit and technical aspects of the product.
∎ Excellent eye for colour, print, typography and layout
∎ Awareness of latest fashion trends and relevant material knowledge.
∎ Self-driven, passionate and able to work under pressure of deadline.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong attention to details & accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication both in Bangla & English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work efficiently

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Aid in executing print repeats, colorways and seasonal color palettes and developing artworks, artworks related trims.
∎ liaise closely with sales, buying and design teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market, and price points.
∎ Create artwork or sketch depending on theme provided by buyer or BD merchant and designer side.
∎ Create a visual library for the clients and internal design team. And maintain a digital database for designers in the BD.
∎ Providing support to the administration side regarding promotion activities of different programs regarding graphics such as banner, card Etc.
∎ Visiting factories to collect prints and samples regarding newness.
∎ Customers visit preparation (Showroom, sourcing, newness).
