∎ 12 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry, Quality Control Management, woven Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality assurance systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Interact effectively with the technical development and production team to maintain product quality and ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Assist technicians with checking patterns/specifications and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriate manner and make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories etc.
∎ Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Setup, train and monitor the QC, QI, and ensure the quality garments reflect the customers requirements
∎ Ensure all materials, fabrics, trims and other accessories are undergoing quality checking.
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution process.
∎ Manage moisture and humidity management system follow up in Warehouse and Raw material.
