Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Preferred B.Sc. degree in similar field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the factory production & necessary operational guidance.
∎ To monitor and control all production process in spinning/weaving/making/finishing section.
∎ To monitor production target in every shift as per quality parameter.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check on plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Maintain the health safety, applicable legal compliance, neat and tidy condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
∎ Plan, develop, optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate, and accountable for all processes of the factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on jute mill machines to ensure quality yarn as well as twine to bag making process.
∎ Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output.
∎ Good analytical skills to measure process data & establish control for a robust manufacturing process & ensure QC and R & D for best quality production for expo.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ To monitor policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced to an optimal limit.
∎ To follow up the production schedule in accordance with the sales and marketing.
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues & all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ Collaborate with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem solving.
∎ To maintain confidentiality of Companies information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Wastage control at raw material, WIP and finished goods stage.
∎ Basing on sales / export order, you should plan for finished production / stock which should match, so that - there is no over production and huge stockpile does not occur.
∎ Any other Job/Task/Duties & Responsibilities/Authority assigned by higher Authority/BOD or Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years' experience in similar industry.
∎ Vast and sound knowledge in similar industry, Jute Manufacturing, Yarn manufacturing.
∎ Strong leadership skills, labor management and an ability to inspire & train team mates.
