• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution preferable.

• At least 8 years

• Working in a Managerial position for at least 2 years.

• Candidate must be willing to travel abroad to meet with buyers for Merchandising & Marketing.

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.

• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.

• Well conversant with IT equipment.

We are looking for two dynamic talents as Assistant General Manager - Merchandising & Marketing experienced in either Sweater or Woven Garments Merchandising & Marketing for our factory; Oxford Shirts Ltd. and D&S Pretty Fashions Ltd.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Candidate must have sound knowledge of Woven Garments or Sweater Industry.

• To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.

• To search and develop business with new buyers.

• Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.

• Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

• Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.

• Monitoring the status of approval/pre-production/delivery/shipment.

• Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.

• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
