Job Context:
∎ Masco Group is one of the largest Group of Companies in Bangladesh, looking for a highly experienced Assistant General Manger - HR (Corporate) who will supervise and control the Core HR Practices for the whole organization.
∎ Job location will be Corporate Head Office at Uttara, Dhaka.
∎ The Incumbent will be responsible to successfully carry out the Core HR Functions; Developing, Managing & Implementing HR Strategies, Programs & Guidelines across all Core HR areas including Talent Management, Organization Development, Training & Development, Policy & Procedure and so on.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and supervising full spectrum of Core HR Functions which include Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Annual HR Budgeting & managing HR activity within the Budget.
∎ Leading & supervising a Team of HR Professionals.
∎ Providing coaching, mentoring & be an inspirational leader to support all relevant Core HR Functions for the whole Group.
∎ Ensuring Succession Management, successful onboarding & Talent Management.
∎ Acting as a focal point of Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development Programs & overseeing the development of employee career path.
∎ Developing & implementing KPI based Performance Management System.
∎ Maintaining liaison with other Departments in connection with streamlining Core HR practices.
∎ Developing, formulating & implementing different Policies, Approaches & Procedures.
∎ Researching, developing & implementing employee benefit plans & packages.
∎ Developing HR Analytics & HR Audit for the whole Group.
∎ Reporting to management & providing decision through HR metrics.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years of demonstrated experience including 03 years of experience in HR Managerial position in implementation of Corporate Core HR Practices in any large Group of Companies.
∎ Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & best HR practices.
∎ Strong knowledge in HR Analytical tools & techniques.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & concisely both in verbal & written.
∎ Ability to work independently & as a part of a team.
∎ Global & cultural awareness.
∎ Leadership & relationship management.
∎ Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible & adaptable.
∎ Ability to adapt in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
