∎ Production, Knitting Unit
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Knitting Garments and planning.
∎ Job Location - Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of knitting section.
∎ To ensure 0% defect on all finished fabric.
∎ Develop the Quality standard, rules, and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabric.
∎ Ensure Quality for Lab dip, Bulk approval for each order.
∎ Find out pre-production risk assessment of those fabrics.
∎ Ensure committed quality.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management.
∎ Develop new polyester knit fabric as per buyer requirement.
∎ Candidates should have proven technical knowledge regarding various types of yarns & fabrics.
∎ Sound knowledge on research and develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.
∎ Must have good technical knowledge about the production and quality of grey fabrics.
∎ Analyze machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance productivity.
∎ Supervise the shift scheduling of staffs for effective results of trouble shooting, break down maintenance, change over and research.
∎ Monitoring to ensure machines are in good condition and in highest performance standard level.
∎ Day to day production monitoring in Knitting & weaving.
∎ Select & set Knitting recipe discussing with Knitting GM.
∎ On time Knitting& delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of experience as AGM/Sr. Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knitting Garments
