Responsibilities & Context: - Leading the sales team: Responsible for leading the sales team to success. They must be able to multitask well.
- Setting goals: Setting sales goals and targets for the team. Achieve targets and KPIs
- Developing strategies: Developing and implementing sales strategies and processes. Also training and coaching team's managers in the strategies.
- Analyzing sales data: Closely monitoring and analyzing sales data data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities of areas to improve and adjusting strategies accordingly; recruiting, training, and managing new sales representatives. Also evaluating the sales team's performance.
- Maintaining customer relations: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Listening to clients to understand their problems and how the company can help. Handling customer queries and complaints
- Providing feedback: Providing feedback to their team members, both good and bad to increase sales productivity and individual development.
- Managing budgets: Managing team budgets and resources.
- Onboarding new team members: Assisting to new team members on their onboarding and training.
- Optimizing sales processes: Constantly improvising sales performance management and tweaking the sales strategy
- New Sales Opportunity: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Preparation of Reports: Preparing sales and performance reports on status of team. Tracking sales activities and preparing marketing reports and providing on a regular basis to the Management team
- Market Research and development: Conducting market research and gather up-to-date data for the marketing strategy or plan to help boost sales.
- Communication and Negotiation Skill: Building up communication and negotiation skills to the team members on contracts and pricing terms to close the sales deals.
