Additional Requirements:
Working experience in Knit Garments / Woven Jacket / outerwear products will be preferred.
Self-motivated, self-organized and able / willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
Proven leadership, problem-solving skill and ability
Excellent communication skill is a must
Proficient in computer operation
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QAteam for better output
- Ensure that buyers' specifications are properly understood.
- Ensure product quality as per customer's standard
- Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
- Ensure that the QMS satisfies the buyer
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs
- Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
- Ensure that AQLof the company is properly maintained & exceeded
- Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
- Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
