∎ Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance management, and Compensation & Benefits;
∎ Implement effective performance management process;
∎ Develop and implement HR Policies & procedures for the upcoming organization;
∎ Training Needs Assessment and organize employee training programs as per ed;
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth;
∎ Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same;
∎ Maintaining personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of all employee database in HR software;
∎ Manage employee's grievances and other personnel-related issues;
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience with reputed organizations;
∎ Should have sound knowledge of General HR, HR Operations, HR Policies & Practices;
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Provident Fund, Gratuity rules etc;
∎ Must be able to work with (ERP) HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Tools.
