Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering get more preferable
∎ Candidate have more experienced in cutting would be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: production management (Cutting)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Develop & Lead the team for the smooth operation of the Auto cutting Section.
∎ Maintain 100% compliance at cutting operation and department.
∎ Received the fabrics and others cutting related items from the store as per consumption.
∎ Differentiate the fabrics as per quality segregation.
∎ Cross check the QC report and obtain the QC approval for the sample/size and bulk cut according.
∎ Make the cutting plan as per quality segregation.
∎ Ensure fabric relaxation as per fabrics types & buyer's requirement.
∎ Lay inspection marking and cutting the fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics consumption shall be within the plan if cross then take approval from superior.
∎ Ensure numbering are made actually.
∎ Bundling the cut panel as per order wise.
∎ Line input shall be given as per order - plan cut.
∎ Maintain the SOP of cutting strictly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fulfilling the cutting target
∎ Good experience with shades separation,integrity,shrinkage
∎ Needs to be strong and firm management person ,target-oriented,achiever
∎ Work experience specially padding cutting
∎ Lay Inspection,Marking and cutting the fabrics accordingly
∎ Must knowledge about Computerized Auto Cutter System
Salary: Negotiable
