∎ Master degree from reputed Public University
∎ PGD in Compliance from BIM will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to work collaboratively with cross function, Ability to Work Under Pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of the CAPs against buyer’s audit report with the help of factory Compliance team and send the CAP to the auditor and buyer; prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress, supervise the compliance Module on Platform software.
∎ Monitor the HR-compliance activities of the Four factories, handle various buyer’s audit, handle Structural, Fire and electrical Safety audit for RSC & NIRAPON.
∎ All compliance related legal license of all factory check and update through concern department for renewal each year.
∎ Follow up and ensure successfully compete the BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, GRS & RCS Audit at our four factory each year
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplaces of all four factories,
∎ Monitoring, negotiation and liaison with buyer, customer, BGMEA, BKMEA, RSC, NIRAPON, Labour office, and other govt. office
∎ Discussion with Top Management regarding any urgent issues especially where financial involvement is necessary.
∎ Help Business Unit HR /Compliance Head in implementing HR & Compliance related labour laws as practicable as possible.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
