∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or leadership roles in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry(Prominent Brand).
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations across production, inventory, retail, and sales.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to grow brand visibility and sales.
∎ Supervise teams across departments, including retail, marketing, and customer service.
∎ Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to align products with market trends.
∎ Monitor KPIs and financial reports to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
∎ Lead cross-functional coordination to improve internal systems and workflow.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
