• 2–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, CRM operations, or fashion/clothing industry customer service.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent spoken and written communication in both Bangla and English.

• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of CRM software, chat management tools, and social media communication.

• Must be well-groomed, presentable, and aligned with ARJO’s brand tone.

• Understanding of product sizing, fabric knowledge, and fashion customer behavior is a plus.

• Lead, supervise, and train the full CRE team to ensure quick, polite, and brand-aligned responses across all platforms.

• Oversee all customer communication through inbox, comments, calls, and website queries.

• Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and maintain proper CRM records.

• Drive sales through effective communication, upselling, and guiding customers with suitable options.

• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Monitor website orders, follow up on abandoned carts, and assist customers in completing their purchases.

• Prepare weekly CRM performance reports and identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain and enforce SOPs for consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
