• Only Male

•Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in inventory/supply chain/warehouse operations (fashion or retail preferred).

•Strong leadership & organisational skills.

•Excellent knowledge of stock management, barcoding & reporting.

•Ability to work under pressure with 100% accuracy.

•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (must).

•Understanding of fabric, garments, and production flow (bonus).

•Honest, punctual, and responsible.

•Lead the entire inventory operation with a strong sense of ownership.

•Maintain accurate stock records across factory, warehouse & stores.

•Create a smooth distribution plan from production → warehouse → stores.

•Monitor SKU-wise stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

•Coordinate with the factory team for weekly production updates.

•Oversee warehousing: receiving, QC, tagging, barcoding, shelving.

•Plan store stock allocation based on sales data & product demand.

•Prevent overstock/understock through smart analysis & forecasting.

•Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.

•Lead and supervise the warehouse team with discipline & efficiency.

•Improve SOPs for stock movement, safety, and documentation.
