• Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in retail fashion sales (experience with top local or international brands preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain brand decorum.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
• Provide detailed product information and styling suggestions based on customer needs.
• Maintain showroom display and merchandise presentation according to brand standards.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently and maintain daily sales records.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat clientele through excellent service.
• Coordinate with the showroom manager and backend team for inventory updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
