Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the project proposal, EOI, RFP, concept note, research proposal, and project bidding;
∎ Adopt training on the "learning by doing process";
∎ Review and collect different types of information for proposal preparation;
∎ Desktop review for preparing the project proposal;
∎ Design and development of survey instruments;
∎ Travel extensively to collect data and supervise surveys in rural areas of Bangladesh;
∎ Participate in different workshops, seminars, and training sessions;
∎ Provide all types of necessary support to the team;
∎ Must have typing skills in Bengali and English;
∎ Willing to work in a team;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Master degree with thesis including 2-3 years of experience in project proposal development will be given preference
∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangla languages effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation
∎ Preference will be given to candidate(s) who have good experience in fund-raising activities, project proposal development, EOI, RFP, concept note, or research proposal.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
