∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Quality Assurance activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solutions and compounds for conducting tests.
∎ To ensure that the quality of finished goods is in accordance with approved samples and specifications.
∎ Observing production processes, conducting research and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
∎ Overall Chemical management of the factory.
∎ Testing RM & finished product to ensure compatibility in the production line.
∎ Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
∎ Perform water analysis for drinking water and wastewater in-house laboratory or third-party laboratory.
∎ Perform and check the performance qualification or calibration of laboratory testing equipment.
∎ Developing and implementing safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials and ensuring environmental safety from chemical hazards.
∎ Ensure compliance with production floor health and safety guidelines.
∎ To operate the Effluent Treatment Plant, Oversee waste disposal and treatment programs.
∎ Any other task assigned by the factory Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and possess a high level of interpersonal & communication skills and analytical ability;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
∎ Relevant computer( MS Excel, Word & Power point) literacy
