Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct frequent market visits, including visits to buyers' local offices, buying houses, suppliers, and manufacturers.
∎ Communicate with customers via phone and email to maintain strong relationships.
∎ Gather market intelligence, including details on new and existing buyers, their business volumes, and market positions.
∎ Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in environmental inspections.
∎ Secure new business and maintain relationships with customers in the pipeline.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with new clients to drive growth.
∎ Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by establishing a personal network and benchmarking best practices.
∎ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in terms of both volume and revenue.
∎ Conduct conference calls and web meetings to facilitate communication.Attend fairs, seminars, and other industry-related events to network and stay informed.
∎ Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding market and industry conditions in the country.Ensure comprehensive market coverage and negotiate effectively with customers.
∎ Prepare and present management reports on sales KPIs, targets, and forecasts.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to address issues related to existing customers and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Executive in Sales and Marketing – I&E (Environment). This role involves promoting and developing our “Environmental Inspection” business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
