Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To peruse all recovery matters efficiently pending before the Dhaka Judges Court.
∎ To peruse issuing legal notice to any defaulter party and closely follow up till filing cases.
∎ To emphasize on recovery matters & invent new strategy to recovery process .
∎ To dispatch the file within very short period of time from one court to another court & others.
∎ To attend before the court on frequent basis when there are several matters for hearing.
∎ To peruse efficiently in VAT, Customs Appellate Tribunal as and when required.
∎ To do needful relating to Non- Judicial and Administrative matter such as attending in Police station or any other judicial, non judicial body or authority for disposal of pending legal matters.
∎ To dispose all legal pending issues before Lower Court, High Court Division, Appellate Division, Land Appellate Tribunal and any other relevant tribunal promptly as well as efficiently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Civil , Criminal ,Company and all sorts of Corporate affairs.

∎ Negotiable
