Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing tier 1 Help Desk support to all employees in person.
∎ Assisting in the maintenance of hardware inventory including performing periodic audits
∎ Configuring and supporting desktop PCs, laptops, and Other IT devices.
∎ Assisting the IT Executive in maintaining hardware and software
∎ Installing, configuring & maintaining computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT appliances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good Knowledge of WAN and LAN. Ability to configure and troubleshoot Mikrotik and Cisco routers. Good Knowledge of cisco switch.
∎ Able to work on roaster schedule and work during holidays on a call basis and by physical presence to cover 7x24x365 support

Salary: Negotiable
