∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide tier 1 Help Desk support to all employees in-person and via phone.
∎ Ensure timely completion of Help Desk tickets, service request forms and maintenance of ticketing queue in alignment with team service level agreement objectives
∎ Assists in the maintenance of hardware inventory including performing periodic audits
∎ Configure and support desktop PC's, laptops and Other IT device
∎ Assists the IT Executive in maintaining hardware and software
∎ Installing, configuring & maintaining computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Prepared to work during week-end and holidays on call basis to ensure 7 x 24 support.
