Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24x7 Monitoring bandwidth graph, log server, NMS software etc.
∎ Troubleshooting & Understanding IP Network, Network Design and planning.
∎ 1st level Customer Support (Over Telephone).
∎ Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Mail configuration, L2 & L3 Connectivity, FTTx, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, their installation, configuration).
∎ Configuration knowledge Mikrotik, CISCO, Juniper and others network Devices. (OSPF, BGP, VPN, Tunneling protocol).
