Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Telecommunication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24X7 fault and network performance monitoring.
∎ Perform first-level support about complaints raised by the upstream or downstream networks.
∎ Escalate unresolved issues (tickets) to the back office & follow up.
∎ Basic network configuration, operations, and maintenance.
∎ Alarm monitoring and analysis of network equipment.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and documents.
∎ Ensure quality of service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
