• Plan and manage transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

• Maintain proper transport bill through checking out approved rate, find out mistake occurred by vendors.

• Ensure and follow up distribution cost along with budget and average cost plan.

• Maintain all delivery transport properly such as oil/gas bill, toll fare etc. with minimum cost.

• Build up good relationship with internal and external people and field forces to improve quality of operations.

• Optimize vehicle utilization and reduce transportation costs.

• Generate reports on transport performance, including delivery times and costs.

• Work closely with supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to align transport activities with overall business goals.

• Co-ordination with factory distribution officers to ensure smooth operation.

• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
