Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in CSE/ CS from any recognized and reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the project team's work.
∎ Responsibilities include developing different modules of the System
∎ Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to the problems
∎ Ensure quick resolution of challenges and issues arising from technical demands.
∎ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
∎ Provide supervision, guidance and manage the team's performance review to ensure effective performance, resource planning, and cost control
∎ Stakeholder coordination
∎ Collaborate with various offices to ensure maintenance of effective communication and coordination.
∎ Maintain cordial but effective working relationships with external parties including all contractors, suppliers, design teams, and government representatives, etc.
∎ Lead technical discussions and technical sessions, supervise / control the implementation of plans and programs.
∎ Lead the development team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 08 years of proven working experience in the IT sector, preferably in the university sector.
∎ Proficient in Java with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
∎ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
∎ Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
∎ Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful
∎ Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
∎ Experience in Oracle(PL/ SQL, Procedure, Function) is needed
∎ Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
∎ Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
∎ Familiarity with continuous integrations
∎ Knowledge in AngularJS/ Jquery can add a Priority
∎ Knowledge in the Spring framework is a plus
∎ Professional work experience in java based Web Application development
∎ Good interpersonal-communication skills to deal with people at all levels.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Experience in the docker container system
∎ Should have software development team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for the highly experienced and competent candidates.
Salary:
∎ Initial Gross Pay = 59305.00 taka only
Salary Scale: Basic 27,300 (2,200x15 - 60,300) + other allowances + Technical Allowance equal to 4 yearly increments.
Other Allowances mean 65% House Rent + 10% Conveyance + 10% Medical Allowance of basic pay
Higher initial pay may be offered to highly experienced and competent candidates.
