∎ The applicants must havedeep Knowledge in the area(s) of Land Law, procedures, Land Mutation, Land Registration, Land Survey, Land Verification, Land Vetting,land ownership, land related papers, other assets and Documentation.
∎ Competent to scrutiny all types of land documents to ascertain the chain of ownership.
∎ Should be able to Liaison and deal with Rajuk/ Local administration/ Environment Office/ Govt. Office/ Ministry/ DC/ADC Office/ AC Land & Sub Registry office/ Semi Govt. Office/Forest dept. and private organizations.
∎ Having leadership quality and excellent convincing capability
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must have knowledge in computer application particularly in MS- Ward, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience Requirement: 10 years in the relevant areas. Minimum 05 years as Assistant Director level position.
∎ Age: 45 years. Age is relaxed for high experienced candidates.
∎ Eligibility:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the management of large estates of landed property, rent/taxes etc.
∎ Maintain documents relating to buy and selling land and other asset.
∎ Draft and prepare deed, contract, power of attorney relating to buy and selling of land and asset.
∎ File suit on land dispute.
∎ Get mutation of land liaisoning with different land related organization.
∎ Check and verify the chain of documents, title, ownership and possession etc. for land and asset purchase.
∎ Drafting, Vetting, registration and execution of sale deed, Baina Deed, Lease Agreement and others.
∎ Processing of land registry from sub-registry office.
∎ Perform legal formalities regarding lease purchase and sale of all types of properties including filing of misc case and appeal petition etc.
∎ Collection of Parcha & Mouza map from concerned office.
∎ Make sure that the land and asset are maintained effectively both in terms of how it is used and its economic value.
∎ Provide all types of legal support and legal awareness and legal opinion to the organization regarding land management.
∎ Visit field activities on regular basis.
∎ Coordinate pending Civil & Land related cases/suits in different courts.
∎ Maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as AC Land office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office.
∎ Maintain all the land relating file accurately and up-to-date records of legal documents and contracts.
∎ Any other tasks as decided by the management.
∎ Employment Status: Full Time (Contractual)

DAM’s current governing institutions in education, health and economic development sectors in Bangladesh, looking for a competent, self-motivated and high experienced Assistant Director (Estate) for immediate appointment:
∎ Responsibilities:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary:Tk. 50,000-70,000 per month (Consolidated).
