Responsibilities & Context:

  1. Design monthly and quarterly trade promotion programs to ensure product visibility, availability, and sell-out support in the market.

  2. Ensure timely execution of all trade programs, including monthly campaigns, and communicate plans effectively to the field team.

  3. Manage deployment and execution of all POSM materials to maintain proper merchandising and brand presence.

  4. Develop channel-specific programs, including trade loyalty initiatives, with clear guidelines for consistent execution.

  5. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to design and optimize trade programs accordingly.

  6. Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and trade program effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.

  7. Collaborate closely with Sales, Distribution, Brand, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams for smooth program rollout.

  8. Coordinate with vendors for development, production, and timely delivery of trade promotion materials and activities.

  9. Plan and monitor trade promotion budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and strong ROI.

  10. Ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and compliance with internal audit guidelines for all trade activities.

  11. Support field teams with program guidelines, training, and communication to ensure effective execution at the outlet level.

  12. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future trade programs based on market feedback and performance data.

  13. Ensure seamless execution of trade activities through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and field-level intervention when required.
