Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Motors Limited is looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive – System Operations (Yamaha Service) with a strong understanding of software management. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, delivering timely technical support, and effectively managing Yamaha’s digital service platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor all service-related digital tools in coordination with the MIS and IT teams, and proactively plan initiatives to enhance system capacity, stability, and overall performance.

  • Manage app features, upgrades, UAT, release follow-ups, bug tracking, and drive user adoption across dealers and customers.

  • Identify new digital improvement opportunities, prepare requirements (user stories/flows), and maintain the service digital roadmap with proper timelines and priorities.

  • Track DMS service module performance, ensure data accuracy, resolve user issues, and coordinate troubleshooting with MIS/IT teams and software vendors.

  • Monitor CSI, complaints, and feedback channels; analyze trends and root causes; and ensure timely resolution and closure with dealers and internal teams.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly) for dealer service performance, KPI tracking, and management insights.

  • Visit markets/territories frequently to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives.
