Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting Monthly Projection/Collection forecast at the beginning of the month.
∎ Communication with customers through SMS, Phone Call, Email for billing & payment.
∎ MRC & NRC invoice generation from Software.
∎ Ensuring MRC & NRC invoices reach to Customers.
∎ Collecting payments through online transfer (BEFTN, RTGS) & cheque/cash.
∎ Ensuring real-time collection entry in system.
∎ Reporting Daily Sales/Billing & Collection.
∎ Closing month end Sales & Collection in the system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have fantastic interpersonal communication skills. S/he should be able to communicate effectively with Clients, team members, colleagues and external stakeholders.
∎ Candidate should be adaptive, problem solver and self-motivated for all organizational & business goals.
∎ Must be proficient in both Bangla & English.
