∎ Anwar Group is looking for a transformational leader who will drive to improve results by leveraging lean tools, reducing waste, optimizing manpower, increasing work efficiency, streamlining SOPs, consulting skills, and change management process and take primary responsibility for implementation of lean initiatives within the organization and its associated value streams. This position will be responsible to lead, guide and advise management in developing effective lean transformation initiatives across all SBU’s of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Heading lean initiatives by introducing lean tools to address operational inefficiencies and guide the management to increase the efficiency level.
∎ Re-Engineering and Stream lining all departments to meet organizational goals.
∎ Responsible for total operational execution while Implementing Lean tools, training and bringing the efficiency, quality and cost to a level up.
∎ Prepare TNA based on need gap analysis, plan training calendar and conduct required training regarding lean transformation and create a culture of lean operations across the organization.
∎ Implementing fundamental manufacturing disciplines and monitoring systems, focusing the workforce to take team "ownership" of the progress needed in their own workplace resulting in: Increasing efficiency, Reducing the cost, Reducing man to machine ratio, Saving space through innovative layouts and modules.
∎ Work with leadership team and use Lean strategy to advance the organization’s ability to meet and exceed key strategic initiatives.
∎ Plan, organize, and facilitate sanctioned continuous improvement activities, such as projects, workshops, and Rapid Improvement Events to assist in achieving long and short-term goals and objectives of the organization
∎ Provide expertise and participate in the deployment of Lean/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen, Change Management standards, tools and techniques within the organization.
∎ Ensure the effective transformation of ongoing operations and processes to new and sustainable solutions within the organization
∎ Establish measurement plans for key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute control plans to monitor, track and update KPIs related to dedicated operational excellence, re-engineering and end-to-end process improvement initiatives on a periodic basis
∎ Identify gaps/ loop holes in existing SOPs and develop/ modify new / existing SOPs when as required.
∎ Responsible for handling and dealing with lean consultants for smooth implementation of lean transformation.
∎ Evaluate data and perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks.
∎ Identify benefits, quantify targeted results, establish measurement criteria and assist in the prioritization of process improvement initiatives
∎ Facilitate 5S / 6S events and train employees regarding the benefits of an organized work space.
∎ Audit operations and processes for strict adherence to standard practices.
∎ Assist in the resolution of production, equipment, and stem problems, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S/ 6S
∎ Knowledge of process design, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.
∎ Knowledge of developing and monitoring key performance indicators.
∎ Skill in evaluating statute, rule, policies and procedures; assessing risk and developing contingency plans; and making recommendations.
∎ Skill in synthesizing, analyzing, and evaluating highly complicated and technical information and translating it into clear and concise documents or presentations.
