∎ Experience of top-level management in Japanese Company and other relevant field with Ability to fulfill responsibilities in order to maximize the effectiveness of the Company’s Overall Operation in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
∎ Identify new sales channels and market segments to expand the customer base.
∎ Good communication skills both in Japanese and English are required.
