Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for potential opportunities, channels, and business partners for business expansion within the industry.
∎ Providing recommendations to resolve business issues and implement organizational effectiveness/development solutions and strategic planning.
∎ Ensure customer relations on a regular basis to maintain a good rapport with the customers for cross-sales and to provide the best service to satisfy client needs.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls within the team to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
∎ Constantly working with the team to identify difficulties within the team for smooth sales operation and meet the KPI.
∎ Formulate and recommend business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Analysing the business data by collecting and monitoring to guide the decision-making process for strategic plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ UK graduates will be given preference.
