Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the paint industry.
∎ Product Development: Collaborating with product development teams to create and improve paint products to meet consumer needs and market demands.
∎ Developing and executing brand strategies to position the paint products effectively in the market. This may involve defining the brand's unique value proposition, target audience, and pricing strategies.
∎ Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote paint products, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
∎ Providing support to the sales team by creating marketing materials, sales collateral, and sales presentations to help them effectively sell the paint products.
∎ Analyzing sales data and market performance to identify opportunities for growth and areas that may need improvement.
∎ Managing the budget allocated for brand promotion and marketing activities.
∎ Collaborating with various departments such as sales, production, and design to ensure the brand's success and consistency.
∎ Maintaining and enhancing the brand's image, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall goals and values.
∎ Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to the brand and product offerings.
