Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the target market and develop new businesses to enrich the bank's business portfolio and seek growth opportunities;
∎ Increase the customer base in the government relations segment;
∎ Achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities outlined in the role;
∎ Communicate effectively with customers and potential customers to identify sales opportunities;
∎ Ensure high-quality services and responses to customers and stakeholders;
∎ Build and leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client's wallet;
∎ Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue;
∎ Actively participate in digital activation of the customers assigned;
∎ Communicate with respective business channels or customers to reduce NPL;
∎ Ensure high levels of customer retention through effective customer relationship management;
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to recommend improvements in the business process or strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-6 years of experience with a proven track record in the relevant fields;
∎ Must have experience in dealing with Government offices and officials;
∎ Must have the preparedness to offer the bank's product, proposition and solutions to the target market;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
∎ Ability to work in a team;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
