Responsibilities & Context:


  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company`s objectives within the assigned zone.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI
  • Setting sales targets and ensuring that they are met or exceeded within the zone. This might involve overseeing sales teams, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to boost sales and revenue.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the zone. This includes staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Training, and managing a team of employees within the zone. This could include sales representatives, area managers, and other staff members.
  • Monitoring the performance of individuals and teams within the zone and taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met.
  • Developing and managing budgets for the zone, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensuring that all activities within the zone comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes managing risks and taking appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  • Communicating regularly with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on the performance of the zone. This might involve preparing and presenting reports, attending meetings, and participating in strategic discussions.
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding the company`s presence within the zone and leading initiatives to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Addressing any issues or challenges that arise within the zone, such as supply chain disruptions, customer complaints, or operational inefficiencies.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the zone, seeking out opportunities to streamline processes, optimize performance, and enhance productivity. 
  • Have to achieve the target as monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly
  • Achieve the sales targets and set goals for the respective area
