Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage proactive sales to ensure sales target of day old chick (broiler & layer), commercial egg and feed (broiler, layer, fish, etc.) are achieved within deadline
∎ Increase sales growth of chick, feed and commercial egg by smooth coordination with customers and distributors
∎ Coordinate and assist to maximize selling price of day old chick (broiler & layer) and commercial egg based on average price of key competitors by volume
∎ Analyse the trends in market pricing and competitor's business activity for evaluating competitive selling price of day old chick (broiler & layer), feed and commercial egg
∎ Prepare territory wise chick & feed sales forecast by analysing market demand
∎ Ensure regular customer visits and respond to customer complaints by providing corrective feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years in sales of Chick/Feed/Poultry/Fertilizer/Pesticide/Animal Health
∎ Have expertise in using Microsoft Office applications
∎ Have good understanding of poultry and agro-based business
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
