Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and regional sales goals.
∎ Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for your assigned locations and track progress towards attainment.
∎ Coach, mentor, and inspire Store Managers, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement in sales, operations, and customer service.
∎ Ensure all locations comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
∎ Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders, promoting brand awareness and loyalty.
∎ Travel between locations as needed to provide support and guidance.
∎ Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive overall company growth.
