Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area/cluster.
∎ Ensure loyalty to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
∎ Implement efficient processes to optimize store performance, inventory management, and staff productivity
∎ Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets for the area/cluster.
∎ Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
∎ Helping to recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff within the area/cluster.
∎ Encourage a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and provide coaching and support to achieve operational excellence,
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels in stores to prevent overstocking and understocking.
∎ Ensure accurate inventory counts, timely replenishment, and compliance with inventory management procedures.
∎ Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining high store standards, cleanliness, and product quality.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
∎ Oversee and maintain store layout, product placement, and visual merchandising to enhance product visibility and presentation.
∎ Implement planograms and promotional displays effectively.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety, health, and fire safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns.
∎ Manage the area/cluster's budget, expenses, outlet P&L and financial transactions.
∎ Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed.
∎ Maintain clear and effective communication with store managers and senior management.
∎ Provide regular reports on area/cluster performance, including sales, expenses, and operational KPIs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
∎ Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.

Salary:
