Job Location: Mymensingh & Dhaka Division (Any Where)

Job Responsibilities:

• Survey Area and set-up new office for microfinance program implementation
• Select new staffs & deployed them in respective areas.
• Select branch manager & deployed them in respective areas.
• To help the branch manager to organize the target group and convince the people for making a good society.
• To set the branch target weekly, quarterly, monthly and annually.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual report as per head office requirement
• Track progress and prepare detailed reports on area microfinance programme status, risks, and outcomes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact micro-finance program success.
• Develop contingency plans and take proactive measures to resolve challenges. 
• Establish performance indicators to measure area micro finance programme success. 
• Prepare microfinance budget as per requirement and revised budget for interim financial year
• Develop and manage area budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Make strong communication and presentation skills for staff development.
• Communicate with zonal manager to any others problem.
• To have strong knowledge to use all kinds of available resources efficiently.
• To have strong leadership skills to motivate people to achieve the project Goal.
• To have ability to resolve disputes, face challenges and making decisions.
• To have good knowledge and understanding of planning and implementing plans meeting often the short deadlines.
• To have require team building capacity and possess skills of coaching.
• To have aware of a number of cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, human rights and humanitarian laws.
• To require fully conversant in English and Bengali.

The Position Offers Monthly Consolidated Salary TK. 31,500 .During Probationary Period. After completing on Successful Completion six Month Probation, You will be confirmed in regular services as an Area Manager And Will Be Eligible For Monthly Gross Salary will be Tk. 40,000 Contributory provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, conveyance, Motor Cycle Repairing, Fuel Cost, Mobile etc. according to the organizational policy.
