Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Consulting with the Team Lead on preliminary design concepts to finalize layout plans, external elevations, types, and styles.
Preparing mood boards, 3D models in SketchUp, and draft design models for interior design presentations.
Have to have good rendering capability in D5 or 3d Max
Conducting site visits and supervising activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Revising plans during construction when modifications are required.
Coordinating closely with site execution teams to ensure proper implementation of the design intent.
Supporting sample collection, delivery, and client approvals in collaboration with the marketing team.
Providing top-level supervision and monitoring of all assigned projects.
Preparing, monitoring, and updating weekly action plans, checklists, and project progress reports.
