Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our Interior Department. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in interior design and architectural project management, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of contemporary and minimal interior design principles.
Create initial design concepts tailored to client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Develop efficient and functional layouts that maximize space utilization.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Utilize design software to create accurate visualizations for client review and approval.
Recommend and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Establish and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and resolve on-site issues.
Engage with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and provide professional guidance.
Oversee the full lifecycle of interior projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain cohesive project delivery.
