• Must have experience working as Architect/Team Leader In Interior Firm.
• Must have experience working with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Specially D5 Software rendering.

Skills & Expertise:

• Must be fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/ Lumion / D5 Renderer.

Innovation Interior is looking for creative and dynamic architects/ interior designers to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine project goals, preferences, and budget.

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software.

• Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes that meet design and budgetary standards.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and CRM Department to execute design plans.

• Oversee on-site installations to ensure quality and accuracy of design.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and client communications

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

• Keep up to date with current interior design trends and materials.

• Prepare detailed drawings and presentations for client approval.

• Supervise on-site implementation and ensure design accuracy.

• Manage project timelines and track progress.

• Stay updated with current design trends and innovations.

• Maintain client communication and provide regular updates.
